To provide a positive impact on the members of the communities, though quality football and professional behavior of the teams involved we will remain committed to uplifting our communities though positive action on and off the field we are dedication to providing the communities and families living there with an entertaining venue and the sources of the local pride they can actively root for we hope to achieve this though honor and integrity  of the teams involved  as well as providing the community a voices on how the chargers operates ,we will continue to provide the community with proper respect they deserves because we realizes without the support this team will not flourish ,we also like the players to be role model for the next generation of football players now playing little league and high school level football ,we encourages all teams to help teach the basics of football as well leadership skills and the importance of there community
